Job Description
What makes our Birth Center such a great place to work?
The Birth Center is a 44-bed unit at the St. Cloud Hospital and is the largest birthing center in Central Minnesota! We perform approximately 2,900 deliveries a year and are equipped to deliver outstanding care at every stage of pregnancy. It is our mission to make labor and delivery as safe as possible, preserving the health of mother and infant throughout the process. Patients cared for include infants from early to post term gestation and childbearing women and their families.
This position is specific to high-risk patients. We also have 24-hour OB and anesthesia presence.
Schedule
  • Full-time | 60-72 hours every two weeks | onsite
  • 12 hour night shift | 7:00pm - 7:30am
  • Every 3rd weekend (Fri-Sun) | holidays per unit policy

Pay and Benefits
  • Pay based on experience and degree
    • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
    • Bachelor's in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
    • Master's in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour
    • Pay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour
  • Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts
  • Up to $8,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

Qualifications
  • Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
  • BSN required within three years
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
  • 2 or more years of labor & delivery experience required
