Job Overview:

The Clinical Kitting Project Coordinator (PC) supports clinical studies by coordinating and executing clinical kitting activities. The role combines hands-on kit preparation with project coordination responsibilities to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of clinical kits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs assigned kitting and related bioanalytical study coordination tasks under Project Manager guidance.
  • Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, sponsors, vendors, and couriers.
  • Use LIMS, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Compliance with the Laboratory Safety Policy.
  • Compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Prepare, assemble, and label clinical kits per SOPs and study requirements.
  • Coordinate kitting timelines, resupply, and sponsor approvals.
  • Manage inventory, logistics, and shipment of kits.
  • Support vendor, courier, and cost coordination including generation of kitting services proposals.
  • Support sample receipt, reconciliation and login activities
  • Escalates nonroutine issues or decisions to the Project Manager.
  • Support Bioanalytical Study related tasks as required.
  • Focus on skill development and process understanding.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in regulated laboratory or clinical environments preferred.
