Position Summaryย 

Theย Territory Managerย will play a critical role in the successful launch and growth ofย Mineralys' first commercial product within an assigned territory. This individual willย be responsible forย educating healthcare providersย (HCPs)ย onย Mineralys' product, building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, andย achievingย territoryย salesย performance goals.ย 

This is a highly visible role requiring strong selling skills, customer engagement capabilities, and a passion for improving outcomes for patients with uncontrolled hypertension. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial biotech environment and is energized by the opportunity toย launch aย breakthroughย new class of medicine.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Territory Management / Business Executionย 

  • Develop andย maintainย a strongย understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines.ย 
  • Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, andย sales objectives.ย 
  • Drive product adoption and compliantย utilizationย among targeted healthcare providers.ย ย 
  • Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity toย identifyย opportunities andย course correctย as needed.ย 
  • Consistently deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.ย 
  • Maintainย accurateย territory reporting, and CRM documentationย ย

Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelor's degreeย requiredย ย 
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience consideredย 
  • Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferredย 
  • Prior launch experience preferredย ย 
  • Provenย track recordย ofย achieving or exceeding sales goalsย strong customer relationshipsย 
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific informationย ย 
  • Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skillsย ย 
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurialย mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environmentย

Travel

  • This position requires up to 60% travel.

These positions are eligible for standard Company benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off and 401K, as well as participating in Mineralys incentive plans are contingent on achievement of personal and company performance. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

US Salary Range:ย  $130,000 - $165,000
