Job description

Overview

Atrium is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our organization. You will act as an extension of the client (a biotechnology company based in Boston) and will be embedded in their brand.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple open positions across various clients and departments. You will partner with resource and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and engage with top candidates, and oversee the selection process to deliver exceptional talent that aligns with our company values and goals.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Collaborate with resource managers, hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, identify, and engage top candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Curate and maximize engagement within the Talent Community.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, keeping them informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process for all candidates.
  • Assist in the creation and updating of job descriptions to reflect current requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Join intake calls with hiring managers and department leads to understand recruitment needs, define job requirements and ensure alignment with candidate profiles and expectations.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and time-to-start.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts, promoting Atrium as an employer of choice.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technology.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven recruitment experience, ideally servicing MSP-based clients.
  • Skilled in using Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Preferred experience working within the Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Preferred experience working in a staffing, agency, direct sourcing, or RPO model.
