BioTech Pest Management is a pest control boutique specializing in resolving and managing rodents and general pests in the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia (DMV) area. We pride ourselves on being more than just another pest control company. Over the past few years, we have become the go-to solution for pest control needs in the area.


We are seeking dedicated Pest Management Technicians to join our team and contribute to our growth. If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.


What You Would Be Doing

You will undergo a training program to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for success in the role. As a Pest Management Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding our industry, customers, and approach to pest problem-solving
  • Establishing strong relationships with customers through effective communication
  • Ensuring punctuality for appointments and company meetings
  • Responsiveness to communication via phone, email, and text
  • Performing services with precision and accuracy, while effectively communicating with customers
  • Taking ownership of the tasks you perform, including moving household appliances and performing handyman-style work


Who We Are Looking For

We value a positive attitude and self-awareness. While experience and skill set are important, we believe that the right mindset, self-awareness, and willingness to learn are equally crucial. We are seeking candidates who:

  • Are comfortable engaging in manual labor, climbing industrial ladders, and working in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
  • Are able to service 12- 15 homes per day for General Pest control services, Some exclusion & maintenance services.  
  • Are able to use basic hand tools (hand drills, grinders, appliance lifters, etc.)
  • Are detail-oriented, responsible and able to self-manage jobs
  • Enjoy learning new skills and embracing challenges
  • Are flexible and adaptable to varying work schedules
