We are building a new Dermatology Business Unit to launch ADQUEY™ a novel treatment for mild to moderate Atopic Dermatitis. Atopic Dermatitis (AD) affects roughly 7%-10% of U.S. adults and up to 24% of children (~9.6M). There is a large unmet need in this market, and HCPs are extremely eager to have more solutions in their treatment arsenal to ease patient's suffering with safe and effective long-term options like ADQUEY!

Job Overview Houston Territory

Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will play a pivotal role in the successful launch, adoption, and growth of Acrotech Biopharma, Inc. product(s) within Medical Dermatology. The TSM will be responsible for promoting and driving Health Care Professional (HCP) prescribing of Acrotech’s dermatology products for appropriate on‑label patients, calling on Dermatology practices within their assigned geography. This role reports to the Regional Sales Director, Dermatology and will be instrumental in establishing Acrotech’s presence within the Dermatology community and achieving business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and patient focus.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate and expand awareness, adoption, and appropriate utilization of Acrotech’s products within approved patient populations through high‑impact, face‑to‑face engagement with assigned HCPs, delivering clear, compelling, and clinically sound approved brand messaging to build sustained demand across the territory.
  • Achieve quarterly volume Rx/volume growth goals.
  • Meet or exceed assigned field execution metrics (ie: Calls per day, % calls to HCP targets, HCP target reach%, and HCP target frequency %).
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans designed to expand HCP prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • Regularly partner with cross‑functional teams to align on growth strategies, proactively address evolving customer needs, identify market opportunities and dynamics, and execute coordinated plans to achieve shared business goals.
  • Develop and demonstrate expertise in product, disease state, and market access to support appropriate product use and expand customer confidence.
  • Plan and execute territory‑ and national‑level promotional programs and initiatives that support portfolio growth, drive engagement, and expand product adoption.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through comprehensive account management, including marketing support, product access, reimbursement navigation, and accurate, on‑label responses to medical inquiries.
  • Represent the company in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.
  • Ensure full adherence to Acrotech’s compliance guidelines (company and governmental policies, procedures, and regulations) and safety/health protocols established by the company.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Prior Dermatology and/or Immunology experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success supporting product launches is strongly preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel within assigned geography, with some overnight travel (up to 50% of the time) including meetings, training events and programs, as necessary.

Physical Requirements

SALES POSITION – While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to work in a temperature‑controlled office environment or travel via vehicle or commercial transportation. Occasionally required to handle or feel objects, talk, hear, and walk during the course of employment. Position requires some degree of travel for business purposes. Employee may use computer, phone, copier and other office equipment in the course of a day. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and an ability to adjust focus. Sedentary work may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
