Job description

Sartorius has a 6-month position for an Event & Marketing Operations Intern. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of various marketing programs, events and operational processes. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to the success of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will reside in either Ann Arbor MI, or Memphis, TN.

    What you will accomplish together with us:

    • Assist in the logistical planning and execution of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and user group meetings across NA and LATAM.

    • Support the creation and distribution of event-related communications, such as invitations, reminders, and follow-up emails.

    • Support execution of regional marketing campaigns and special projects across email, digital, and field channels

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments and geographies for campaigns and product launches

    • Manage and update event registration platforms and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation and scheduling.

    • Support the operations team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and document organization.

    • Monitor and track event and campaign performance metrics, assisting in post-event analysis and reporting.

    • Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

    What will convince us:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (rising Jr. or Sr.) or Master's degree program in Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Strong organizational skills with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
