What is a Biotech Nurse Practitioner?

A Biotech Nurse Practitioner is a licensed advanced practice nurse who specializes in integrating biotechnology into patient care. They often work in clinical research, pharmaceutical development, or healthcare settings where they apply knowledge of genetics, molecular biology, and cutting-edge medical technology to diagnose, treat, and educate patients. Their role may also involve collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement new biotech therapies and ensure patient safety. Biotech Nurse Practitioners play a critical part in advancing personalized medicine and innovative healthcare solutions.
