Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a role where you can build, test, and see a project through from start to finish? We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Specialist to join our team on the 2nd Shift!

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring our pumps are built to the highest standards and ready for our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Build & Test: Assemble, unitize, test, and repair high-quality pumps.
  • Logistics & Finishing: Pick and paint parts, and prepare units for shipment.
  • Craftsmanship: Build custom wood crates and skids to keep our products safe during transit.
  • Collaborate: Train team members and share your expertise as needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy working with your hands and understand how things fit together.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer/technology systems.
  • Foundational Skills: Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.

Shift & Compensation:

  • Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $27.40/hour + $1.00 shift premium
