Account Executive – B2B Sales

Uncapped Commission | Protected Territory | High Growth Potential

Prudential Overall Supply is hiring a driven Account Executive to grow new business within our Cleanroom Services division. This is a hunter role focused on prospecting, closing, and building long-term B2B relationships in high-value, technical industries.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and develop new B2B accounts within your territory
  • Sell solutions into industries like biotech, pharma, semiconductor, and manufacturing
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments
  • Manage pipeline activity through cold calling, networking, and CRM tools
  • Close new business and consistently hit sales targets

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of outside B2B sales (hunter role required)
  • Proven success in new account acquisition
  • Experience in one or more industries: biotech, pharma, medical device, semiconductor, aerospace, or manufacturing
  • Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and generating your own pipeline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license + ability to travel (up to 50%)

Nice to Have
  • Cleanroom, uniform rental, facility services, or industrial service sales experience
  • Contract-based or recurring revenue sales experience
