  • Lead portfolio-level risk discussions that may affect customer confidence, opportunity progression, renewals, or expansion potential.
  • Track delivery performance and customer feedback to identify areas for renewal, expansion, and deeper partnership development.

Commercial Ownership & Financial Performance

  • Lead pipeline development, opportunity reviews, late-stage funnel activity, forecasting, and deal progression for the Emerging Biopharma portfolio across regions.
  • Own achievement of assigned annual sales, revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Apply strong commercial and financial acumen to pricing, margin management, investment decisions, account planning, and negotiation strategy.
  • Partner with Sales, Global Business Operations, delivery leadership, and in-country account teams to remove barriers, accelerate decision-making, and close strategic opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience in key account management, strategic sales, consulting, or commercial leadership within the life sciences industry with preferred experience with EBPs, global markets and IQVIA offerings.
  • Proven ability to sell complex, multi-service solutions and build strategic customer partnerships in Emerging Biopharma or adjacent life sciences segments.
  • Strong understanding of emerging biopharma business models, development priorities, funding dynamics, commercialization pathways, and operational challenges.
  • Demonstrated success selling, building pipeline, advancing opportunities, negotiating solutions, and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to develop trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong matrix leadership capability with the ability to influence global teams and align internal stakeholders around commercial priorities.
