Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Marvel: Keep every room and public space in tip-top shapesparkling, shiny, and up to company standards!
  • Team Captain: Lead, train, and cheer on the engineering squad, scheduling shifts and inspiring top performance.
  • Safety Superhero: Run fire safety inspections and epic drills, making sure everyone stays safe and sound.
  • Guest Service Star: Jump to the rescue for maintenance requests and boost those rave-worthy guest service scores!
  • Property Guardian: Patrol the grounds, tackle debris, sort out the Lost and Found, and keep everything glowing.
  • Trusted Ambassador: Access sensitive areas and represent the company with trust and sound judgment, every day.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years hotel/related experience, or 2-year degree with 3+ years, or 4-year degree with 2+ years
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Current certifications as required (e.g., HVAC, pool, electrical)
  • Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws
  • Valid drivers license
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Financial and arithmetic proficiency
