Biometric Intelligence Analyst Lead
Bow Wave is seeking an experienced Biometric Intelligence Analyst Lead capable of providing detailed, expert-level biometrics-enabled identity analysis of counterterrorism and counternarcotics subjects of interest. The successful candidate will triage large amounts of data to identify biometric intelligence leads to individuals of interest. The Biometric Intelligence Analyst must be comfortable fusing disparate information into concise products for use throughout the U.S. Government.
Position Overview & Key Responsibilities of the Biometric Intelligence Analyst Lead
โ€ข Provide expert-level, biometrics-enabled identity analysis in support of counterterrorism and counternarcotics efforts
โ€ข Analyze and triage large volumes of data across multiple formats to identify biometric intelligence leads tied to individuals of interest
โ€ข Conduct detailed identity resolution and adjudication through extensive searches of biometric systems and databases
โ€ข Fuse disparate data sources into clear, concise, and actionable intelligence products for use across the U.S. Government
โ€ข Apply critical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset to uncover insights and support identification of individuals of interest
โ€ข Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects
โ€ข Serve as liaison between project management, project teams, and line management
โ€ข Monitor project status, budgets, and schedules
โ€ข Prepare and deliver status reports
โ€ข Identify project risks and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals
โ€ข Develop and implement mechanisms to track project progress and support problem resolution
โ€ข Collaborate with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholder

โ€ข Active/Current TS/SCI with polygraph
โ€ข Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA, 10 years with MS/MA, and additional 4 years with HSD
โ€ข 10+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: biometric analysis, all-source analysis, counterterrorism operations, counternarcotics, or intelligence support to law enforcement operations
โ€ข Proven ability to convey complex information in oral or written form
โ€ข Expert knowledge Intelligence Community biometric databases
โ€ข 5+ years of experience using information to identify, screen, and vet individuals
โ€ข 5+ years of experience serving as a team lead or other management roles
