About The Role Peraton is seeking an experienced Biometric Intelligence Analyst capable of providing detailed, expert-level biometrics-enabled identity analysis of counterterrorism and counternarcotics subjects of interest. The successful candidate will triage large amounts of data to identify biometric intelligence leads to individuals of interest. The Biometric Intelligence Analyst must be comfortable fusing disparate information into concise products for use throughout the U.S. Government. The Biometric Intelligence Analyst, SME will be responsible for providing biometrics-enabled identity analysis. The Biometric Intelligence Analyst will perform extensive searches in variety of biometric systems or databases to formulate an identity resolution or adjudication analysis. The successful Biometric Intelligence Analyst candidate will leverage critical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset to triage data in various formats to enable identification of individual of interest. ***This position is contingent upon award of contract*** #MissionIntel Qualifications * Active/Current TS/SCI with polygraph
* Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA, 10 years with MS/MA, and additional 4 years with HSD
* 10+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: biometric analysis, all-source analysis, counterterrorism operations, counternarcotics, or intelligence support to law enforcement operations
* Proven ability to convey complex information in oral or written form
* Expert knowledge Intelligence Community biometric databases
* 5+ years of experience using information to identify, screen, and vet individuals
* 5+ years of experience serving as a team lead or other management roles
Details Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
