Job description

Job Title: Process & Equipment Operator.
Location: Ladysmith, Wisconsin.
Department: Operations.
Reports To: Operations Manager.

2nd and 3rd SHIFT OPERATORS WANTED!
$19/HOUR TO START PLUS $2/HR 3RD SHIFT PREMIUM!
Must be able to work in the United States without employer support or sponsorship.
Summary:  Indeck Ladysmith Biofuel Center, an established producer of high-quality wood pellets based in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, is seeking candidates to fill Process & Equipment Operator positions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Monitor key manufacturing processes and safely operate industrial machinery to ensure product consistency and production efficiency.
  • Work as a team member on an automated packaging line with the responsibility of maximizing output while producing a quality product.
  • Maintain a tidy and clean workspace utilizing good housekeeping practices.
  • Qualified individuals must be safety-oriented, reliable, and willing to cross-train.
  • Experience operating a forklift and the ability to perform light-duty maintenance is a plus.
