Pay Range:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex manufacturing processes and procedures to produce high-quality products.
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and instruments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and research and development, to ensure that production targets are met.
  • Ensure that all manufacturing processes are conducted in accordance with quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes and product specifications.
  • Train and mentor junior manufacturing technicians.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and up to 2 year of relevant experience
  • Or, Associate degree preferred with Up to 1 year of relevant experience
  • 4 year science degree with no experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-faced environment where multitasking is required
  • Works independently with minimal supervision on routine tasks
  • Ability to support and help others in the team
  • Knowledge of work performed by the department and learning how to perform multiple functions within the department
  • Flexibility to work on multiple tasks with increased effectiveness
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must work well both independently and in a team environment
