Job Summary

The Maintainer is responsible for supporting daily bingo hall operations by preparing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic bingo devices. This role includes loading handsets, running reports, processing voided units, documenting and reporting equipment issues, and ensuring all devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to providing excellent operational support while complying with Missouri regulations regarding financial transactions.

Position Summary

Employee will work in a bingo hall as a 'Maintainer' in St. Louis County MO.

A maintainer provides support to the bingo hall.

Will load electronic handsets for Bingo organization.

Will run requested reports for organization chairpersons.

Will process any/all voided units.

Will email electronic issues to main office for processing.

Will report malfunctioning units to supervisor for shipment and replacement assistance. ย 

Employee will be trained on the bingo industry.

Employee will not handle any money or financial transactions, per MO law.

Maintainer will confirm the devices are working properly, clean, charged and ready to use.


Requirements Education and Experience:

Knowledge of computer and electronics required.

Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.

Must have a valid driver's license.
