The Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) division coordinates the enterprise-wide Anti-Money Laundering (AML), economic sanctions, e-communications, and anti-bribery compliance initiatives. Composed of industry-leading professionals with backgrounds in regulatory bodies, legal practice, forensic consulting, and complex operations, the FCC team utilizes advanced control processes, deep investigative expertise, and data surveillances to identify and mitigate financial fraud, securities violations, and money laundering risks on a global scale.

Job Summary

The FCC division is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager (VP/SVP level) to take on firmwide ownership of their Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance systems and product portfolio.

In this role, you will lead the KYC Product Management and Change teams, acting as the primary visionary and strategist to ensure our compliance products align with evolving global regulatory frameworks while remaining hyper-efficient. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, operational partners, and engineering stakeholders to define the long-term product roadmap. This includes prioritizing platform enhancements, managing system requirements from conception to execution, and integrating cutting-edge capabilities such as Generative and Agentic AI, machine learning, and graph network solutions.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the comprehensive product strategy for firmwide KYC compliance solutions in tandem with senior leadership across Compliance, Operations, Engineering, and core business units.
  • Roadmap & Lifecycle Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap based on shifting regulatory dynamics, program priorities, and emerging technology solutions.
  • Requirements Architecture: Translate complex international regulatory compliance requirements into actionable technical logic; write and refine detailed business requirements, criteria for success, and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
  • Change Management Coordination: Partner with dedicated Change Management and Engineering teams to manage release schedules, system rollouts, and ensure global stakeholder awareness of platform capabilities.
  • Team Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of KYC Product Managers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or related discipline (e.g., Legal, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, Statistics, or Economics).
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of product management experience at a large, highly regulated global financial institution.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: At least 10 years of direct experience navigating complex Know Your Customer (KYC) / AML frameworks (via Operations, Execution, Compliance, or Legal functions).
  • Technical & Data Aptitude: Thorough understanding of data structures, data analysis methodologies, and query languages such as SQL.
  • Project Tooling: Advanced proficiency with JIRA for requirement mapping, alongside standard corporate tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; a proven track record of translating legal/compliance mandates into technical requirements for engineering consumption.
  • Work Style: High sense of urgency, strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt seamlessly to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Analytics: Practical exposure to data manipulation tools and advanced analytics software (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, R, or Python).
  • Modern Legal-Tech Experience: Prior experience implementing or expanding advanced automated capabilities, including AI, machine learning models, and graph networks within an infrastructure.
  • Scale: Background steering large-scale, enterprise-level legacy system transformations.
