Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, and stitchers.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain equipment and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Assist in inventory management of supplies and materials.
  • Train new staff on bindery operations and best practices.
  • Adhere to production schedules and communicate any delays promptly.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  •  Previous bindery or print production experience preferred.
