Job description

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Technician with experience in Architecture and MEP projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing and developing BIM models, primarily focusing on LOD300, while working closely with the architectural and MEP teams to ensure accuracy, coordination, and quality across various projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed BIM models up to LOD300 for architectural and MEP disciplines.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure models align with project specifications and requirements. Create and manage BIM content, including parametric families, systems, and schedules. Perform clash detection and coordinate with various teams to resolve conflicts within the models.

Assist in the preparation of construction drawings, 3D visualizations, and shop drawings from BIM models. Maintain accurate and updated models throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in project coordination meetings and ensure that the BIM models are compliant with project standards and company BIM Execution Plans.

Provide technical support for BIM-related software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.). Assist in integrating point cloud data or existing conditions into the model when required.Qualifications: Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a BIM Technician, specifically in Architecture and MEP projects.
