In the role of Sr. Solution Designer - Billing, AR, Excise Tax, & Pricing working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of a high-performing and results-driven information technology team. This individual will play a crucial hands-on role as a functional and technical subject matter expert to support our strategic journey from SAP ECC to s4, including continuous improvement of our current solutions. This senior role will be accountable for design, delivery, and oversight of excise tax, billing, accounts receivable, customer pricing, and account determination best-practice technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hands-on and expert-level product, solution and process knowledge to support business objectives and deliver value.
This position reports to Sr. Mgr Solution Delivery - Enabling and works cross-functionally and collaboratively with other IT product solution teams (supply chain, commercial), IT product solution owners, business process owners, application support teams, and end users globally.
What You'll Be Brewing:
  • Partners with IT product solution owners and internal business teams as a functional and technical subject matter expert within the record to report (RTR) and order to cash (OTC) capabilities; focusing on excise taxes, customer billing, accounts receivable, pricing, and account determination.
  • Works closely with business process owners and end users to understand business objectives and provide best practices-based solutions.
  • Leads project, enhancement, and support efforts including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, design, build, configuration, testing, and implementation to help achieve business goals.
  • Accountable for the development of high quality functional and technical specifications, test documentation, job aids, and runbooks.

Key Ingredients:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in relevant STEM field OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of IT/solution delivery
  • You have at least 5+ year's experience in the field of IT (including SAP functional, technical, and configuration experience - preferably within the CPG industry) encompassing solution development and delivery - with at least three of those years to include robust hands-on functional and technical experience with SAP FI (General Finance, Accounts Receivable, Account Determination, Billing, and Excise Tax), and SAP SD (Pricing, Customer Master Data, and Sales Order Management/Document Flow).
  • You have a minimum one year of functional and technical experience with s4 (highly preferred).
  • You bring strong knowledge, acumen, and expertise of business and industry best practices with an emphasis in financial (SAP FICO), order to cash (SAP SD) and corresponding key integration points between the modules..
  • You have deep functional and technical knowledge of B2B integration and collaboration with suppliers including EDI, XML, and Portal.
  • You have deep functional and technical knowledge of customer-facing financial KPIs and analytics.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,100.00 - $143,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
