As a Bilingual Billing Analyst, you'll support Uline's Mexico locations by evaluating billing process to ensure efficient operations across our growing North American company. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, ensure program success and deliver value.

Position Responsibilities
  • Act as a main point of contact for our Billing team in Mexico, improving systems and processes to streamline operations across North America.
  • Collaborate with departments to align project goals, provide updates and implement process enhancements.
  • Analyze billing and operational data to identify trends, perform root-cause analysis and provide clear reports and insights.
  • Track project milestones to support execution and ensure resources align with deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain key project documentation to ensure programs run smoothly.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree. Major in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • 2+ years in business process optimization, change management or a related area.
  • Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
  • Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.
