Position –Billing Specialist

Job Location –Oshkosh, WI

Starting Date –ASAP

Employment Term –Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type –Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –1st Shift

Starting Pay –$21 - $22 per hour

Benefits –Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education –High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience –At least 1 years of experience

We are currently looking for a talented Invoicing/Billing Specialist in our Oshkosh, WI facility. This long-term position is anticipated to begin immediately

Responsibilities

  • Invoice customer purchase orders utilizing Quick Books Software and our proprietary 360 software

  • Ensure Customer Purchase orders match work performed

  • Assist customers with invoicing questions or concerns through effective communication via phone, fax and e-mail.

  • Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work on projects individually as well the ability to collaborate within a team environment to ensure total customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Quick Books Software experience

  • 1-3 years Billing experience

  • Sound critical thinking skills, a strong customer service focus, and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to be a self-starter

  • Works well in a team environment

SEEK was founded in 1971 by Carol Ann Schneider, CPC, SPHR, a Grafton, Wisconsin resident. The name SEEK was derived from a combination of initials in Carol’s family. It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
