About the Role

We're supporting a large-scale billing transformation program with parallel workstreams underway across various teams to prepare for vendor kick-off. This role owns the program from the ground up, standing up structure, coordinating across workstreams, and driving alignment across teams before a formal delivery structure even exists. You'll work directly with GTM, Finance, and internal technical stakeholders, carrying the program from pre-RFP definition into vendor kickoff and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and coordinate the billing transformation program across GTM, Finance, and internal technical workstreams
  • Stand up program structure, cadence, and governance ahead of a formal delivery/team structure
  • Drive alignment on scope, priorities, and timeline across cross-functional stakeholder groups
  • Support pre-RFP planning and prepare the program for vendor kickoff
  • Coordinate across multiple concurrent workstreams spanning CRM and ERP platforms
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and open decisions as the program moves from evaluation toward execution
  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to keep documentation, timeline, and priorities aligned as requirements evolve
  • Report program status and key decisions to leadership stakeholders
Experience and Skills
  • Strong process and program management expertise, with at least3years of demonstrated priorexperience leading or coordinating an ERP/CRM migration or transformation program
  • Demonstrated ability to build program structure and cadence from the ground up, without pre-existing team/delivery structure in place
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across various teams
  • Comfort operating in a pre-RFP / vendor evaluation phase, ahead of formal implementation
  • Experience with CRM and ERP platforms.Familiarity with any of the following is a plus (but not required): Oracle, Salesforce CPQ, Versapay, or similar CPQ/billing platforms
  • Relevant PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications

Additional Information
  • Location: Remote, open to the US
  • Employment Type:6-12 month contract. Possibility of extension.
  • Compensation: $60- $75/hr W2 hourly or $75 - $90/hr C2C. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
  • Requirements: Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
