About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a client-focused leader to join our team as Supervisor, Billing Setup & Enrollment. In this role, you will lead a team of Enrollment Associates, Enrollment Analysts, and Contract Rate Analysts responsible for client program enrollment, contract interpretation, pricing administration, billing setup, and revenue enablement. You will ensure accurate and timely implementation of client contracts while driving operational excellence through people leadership, quality management, workload planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be accountable for maintaining billing integrity, regulatory compliance, service levels, and an exceptional client implementation experience.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead, coach, develop, and manage Enrollment Associates, Enrollment Analysts, and Contract Rate Analysts, through performance management, coaching, workforce planning, hiring, and employee development.
  • Oversee daily operations including contract setup, pricing changes, enrollment requests, workload balancing, queue management, quality assurance, production metrics, aging, and SLA attainment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on complex contract interpretation, pricing exceptions, billing corrections, retroactive pricing, re-amortizations, client implementations, and escalated issues requiring advanced judgment.
  • Drive continuous improvement through SOP development, automation initiatives, system enhancements, testing, process standardization, root cause analysis, and operational reporting.
  • Partner with Commercial, New Business Implementation, Billing, Finance, IT, Product, Client Success, and Operations to support successful client onboarding, contract execution, pricing accuracy, and strategic initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Contract Administration, Billing, Pricing, Customer Programs, or related operational environment.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of contract interpretation, pricing administration, billing operations, and financial controls.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Experience managing operational metrics, service levels, and quality programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fleet Management industry experience.
  • Salesforce, Service Cloud, CPE, Xcelerate, FSP, or ERP experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Change Management experience.

Compensation

The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,500 - $103,840 annually. This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data.

In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role.
