Position Overview
Aligned Technology Group is seeking a Cloud Billing & Finance Analyst to manage AWS billing operations, financial reporting, and chargeback/showback processes. This role will bridge the gap between cloud operations and finance by providing visibility into cloud spend and helping organizations allocate costs accurately across business units.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and reconcile AWS Cost and Usage Reports (CUR)
  • Manage cloud billing operations and support billing inquiries
  • Implement chargeback and showback reporting models
  • Develop executive financial dashboards and reporting
  • Support cloud budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation initiatives
  • Manage marketplace subscriptions and billing processes
  • Establish repeatable monthly billing and reporting cycles
  • Train stakeholders on AWS billing structures and terminology

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of finance, cloud billing, or financial operations experience
  • Experience with AWS billing and cost management tools
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools
  • Understanding of cloud financial management concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector organizations preferred
