Job description

Commercial Billing Specialist - Denver, CO (in-office)

Salary: $52,000-62,000 annually, DOE

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate customer records, billing details, and project budgets for assigned accounts.
  • Set up and manage contracts within the companyโ€™s financial system to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute monthly invoices based on customer-provided data.
  • Compile and summarize supplemental billing documentation to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, account balances, and billing concerns.
  • Perform billing, reporting, and reconciliation activities in accordance with monthly close deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve account-related issues.
  • Support ad hoc projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of business to business billing experience required
  • Associate's degree in Accounting highly preferred
