Come and join our high-energy team of Rockstars at Allied!  We are looking for a full-time Revenue and Billing Specialist (Biller) who is motivated and wants to learn, grow, and contribute to our high-performance culture. This position requires organization, dependability, and having a good working knowledge of a variety of general accounting functions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Generate high volume of monthly invoices in QuickBooks Online – we have thousands of customers, and we need to bill them accurately and in a timely manner. It’s not rocket science, but we want someone we can trust and who can concentrate for long periods of time until the job is done.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients when explaining billing transactions - Customer experience is at the core of what we do at Allied, so we are looking for someone who builds loyalty on every interaction.
  • Promotes and actively seeks to develop positive internal (team members) and external (process excellence customers) relations. Collaborates across multiple organizational areas – we are looking for a team player because culture is everything for us. If you work and collaborate well with others, we want you. 
  • Perform special projects as required - We work at a fast pace and there's always a new challenge that we see as an opportunity!
