Senior PsychCare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. What Youll Do

  • Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments
    to set/manage treatment plans
  • Manage psychotropic medication and gradual dose reductions
  • Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPCs behavioral health team
  • Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual)
  • Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system
