The Manager, Process Transformation - Billing & Collections (B&C) will lead a series of transformation initiatives across Billing & Collections to optimize operational efficiencies in order to reduce billing and payment cycle and drive revenue growth. S/he will both identify and drive the implementation of various initiatives, including streamlining and/or automating processes, standardizing processes, and adopting/implementing new technologies. The successful candidate will have past experience working in billing and collections and be familiar with the associated operating processes and systems.

What You Will Do:

  • Transformation & Process Improvement:Identify and implement improvements to billing, collections, and e-billing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.

  • Standardization & Documentation: Identify opportunities to implement standardized operating procedures in order to improve efficiency of team. Develop and document procedures.

  • Modernize Technology: Identify technology solutions which can assist with eliminating manual processes and ultimately reduce billing and/or payment cycles.

  • Project Tracking: Develop project reporting to measure impact of improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.

  • 3-5 years of transformation experience and 5+ years of billing and collections experience in a professional service organization (preferably law firms).

  • Knowledge of key systems such as Aderant Expert, ARCS 2G, Billblast, Billstream, ODDR, various e-billing platforms and Chrome River.

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully driving change management and implementing transformation initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end processes

  • Proactive problem solver with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Strong collaborator and team player with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

  • Must thrive in a rapid-paced and dynamic business environment with a willingness to travel as necessary.

  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Travel when required
