Position Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to valued clients in person, over the phone, by email, and text. This includes assisting customers in selecting the right wellness products, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. They ensure customer satisfaction by following up post-delivery and support the overall success of the store by achieving sales goals and fostering positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service
    • Provide outstanding support to customers, assisting with selecting wellness products such as hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and billiard tables.
    • Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and policies.
    • Follow up with customers during entire buying process and after delivery to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  2. Sales and Transactions
    • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, assisting at the register when needed.
    • Achieve individual and team sales goals through effective product recommendations and customer engagement.
  3. Store Operations
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store showroom for customer experience.
    • Follow company opening and closing procedures.
  4. Teamwork and Collaboration
    • Foster positive relationships with coworkers to maintain a supportive team environment.
    • Attend biweekly sales meetings and monthly trainings.
    • Be a team player, work weekends and occasional Sundays to meet customer needs.

Job Requirements

  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to plan effectively.
  • Comfortable using computers for customer interactions and basic tasks.
  • Ability to carry out verbal and written instructions.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • Professional integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
