This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with residents, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of a residential community. The Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and will manage administrative tasks, community oversight, and basic property management duties.

The same can be said about the curbside trash and recycling pickup with each resident having an individual can designated for each use with weekly pickup service.
