  • Handle background jobs, schedulers, batch processing, andservice integrations within the Phoenix platform
  • Uphold multi-tenant architecture principles across all backendwork
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and develop solutions in ahigh-traffic multi-tenant SaaS environment
  • Support platform-wide framework and version upgrades as neededalongside Role 1
Horizon - Full Ownership
  • Own the full Horizon Angular application - frontendarchitecture, component development, and maintenance
  • Complete the ongoing mod admin migration from Phoenix legacy UIto Horizon
  • Design and build new features and enhancements on Horizon asbusiness requires
  • Build and maintain shared npm component and utility librariesused across the engineering team
  • Drive frontend performance through lazy loading, bundleanalysis, and code splitting
  • Own and maintain the Horizon CI/CD pipeline and build tooling

  • Own Angular and frontend security - identify and remediatecommon frontend vulnerabilities

  • Remediate frontend security findings within defined SLAs
  • Apply security-first development practices across all Angularand frontend code
  • Support incident response and troubleshooting for enterpriseclients within defined SLAs
  • Use Splunk for log analysis, issue diagnosis, and post-incidentreview
  • Identify root causes and implement permanent fixes forproduction issues
  • Collaborate closely with Role 1 senior engineer, US-basedoversight engineer, and technical architect
