The Multimedia Specialist (Video and Photography) is responsible for planning, capturing, editing, and producing video, audio, and photo content that supports TrueCare's internal and external communications. This role serves as the primary in-house resource for Marketing and Communications (MarCom) video production, photography support, and podcast execution, and collaborates closely with the social media, cross-functional departments, and external vendors as needed. The Multimedia Specialist ensures content is on-brand, patient-friendly, platform-optimized, and organized for ongoing use across campaigns, social channels, paid media, internal storytelling, and clinic-facing communications.
What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree in film/video production, multimedia, communications, digital media, or a related field from an accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience relevant to the position.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in video production and editing, including on-location shooting and post-production delivery.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with strong experience in Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects and Audition preferred for motion/audio tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute shoots independently (shot lists, scheduling, on-site setup, directing interviews, capturing b-roll).
  • Experience capturing high-quality audio (lav/shotgun/portable recorders) and applying basic audio cleanup to deliver clear, professional sound.
  • Basic photography competency (composition, lighting, on-site capture) and photo editing ability for digital and print use.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and Outlook.

The pay range for this role starts at $32.99 - and the maximum one can attain during the lifespan of this role is $47.83 on an hourly basis.
