Communications & Change Analyst (Bilingual) 

Role Summary:
Provides specialized execution support for the Change, Culture and Engagement strategy across UNACEM North America. The role translates change initiatives into clear, visual and people centered communications, supports Great Place to Work activities, and reinforces UNA Culture through storytelling, leadership messaging and engagement events.

Purpose:
Enable effective organizational change, cultural alignment and employee engagement by executing communication strategies, producing high quality content and supporting initiatives such as Great Place to Work, leadership communication and companywide engagement events.
Responsibilities:
  •  Design and deploy communication materials that support organizational change, culture and engagement initiatives.
  •  Produce graphic, written and audiovisual content using tools such as Canva, photography and video editing platforms.
  •  Develop newsletters, internal stories, campaign materials and engagement communications aligned with UNA Culture and business priorities.
  • Support Great Place to Work initiatives through communication planning, storytelling and event coordination.
  •  Prepare key messages, speeches, talking points and communication materials for executives and leaders.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for cultural events, leadership sessions, recognition programs and engagement activities.
  • Administer and maintain communication databases, distribution lists and audience segmentation.
  • Compile engagement metrics, communication analytics and reporting to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, cultural standards and safety sensitive context.
  • Collaborate with plant and corporate teams to translate change initiatives into simple, actionable and effective messages.
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
  • Strong foundational knowledge of corporate communications, change management and culture building.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design, photography and video editing tools.
  • Understanding of communication requirements in industrial or operational environments.
  • Knowledge of database management, content organization and basic communication analytics.
  • Adapts communication approaches to diverse operational and corporate audiences.
  • Identifies communication risks, gaps and opportunities to reinforce culture and engagement.
  • Applies judgment and prioritization to meet dynamic business and operational needs.
  • Regular interaction with plant leadership, supervisors and corporate teams.
  • Direct support to executive communication through preparation of written and visual materials.
  • Close collaboration with Change, Culture, HR, Operations, Safety and other functional partners.
  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design or related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in corporate communications, change management or related roles.
  • Experience producing visual, written and audiovisual content.
  • Experience managing communication databases and basic analytics.
  • Full proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
