Continual professional development and active communication with students are key strategies for overcoming these challenges.

These skills are vital for effectively supporting students' academic growth while bridging linguistic and cultural gaps in the classroom.

This method aims to help students become proficient in both languages, supporting their academic achievement and cultural understanding. Bilingual teachers often work with students from diverse linguistic backgrounds, helping them develop skills in reading, writing, and speaking in both languages. The goal is to promote bilingualism and biliteracy while also meeting educational standards.
