Hello, Bilingual Paraprofessionals! Ampersand Therapy is hiring full-time Bilingual Paraprofessional for a school setting in Aurora, CO. In this role, you'll provide direct support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, helping them access their education and succeed in the classroom. What You'll Do
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in the classroom
  • Implement behavior plans and classroom strategies
  • Support students with academic tasks and daily routines
  • Help reinforce social, emotional, and communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
  • Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Support students with transitions throughout the school day
  • Maintain basic documentation as needed
  • Assist Spanish-speaking students with academic participation & classroom routines

What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
  • Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow direction and support behavior and academic plans
  • School-based or paraprofessional experience a plus
