Bilingual Support Teacher
NJ Department of Education Certification Required


  • Bilingual/Bicultural Education Certificate or
  • qualify for certification through the Limited Instructional Certification Program


Qualifications:

  • Holder of a Certificates of Eligibility must complete the 50 hour pre-professional experience as required by the NJ Department of Education
  • Demonstrates knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods
  • Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language
  • Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
