We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and bilingual Project Manager to join our Raleigh team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and is committed to excellent customer service.
Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee multiple language service projects from initiation through completion. This position is responsible for coordinating linguists, communicating with clients, monitoring deadlines and budgets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple translation, interpretation, transcription, and localization projects.
  • Coordinate onsite interpretation, Video Remote Interpretation, and Over-the-Phone Interpretation assignments.
  • Schedule and assign qualified interpreters, translators, and transcriptionists.
  • Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, deadlines, changes, and status updates.
  • Prepare project quotes, estimates, work orders, and related documentation.
  • Recruit and maintain professional relationships with qualified linguists.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, profitability, and deliverables.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, client concerns, and operational challenges.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews before project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project records in company systems.
  • Support contract implementation, proposal development, and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Operations teams.
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of project management or coordination experience.
  • At least two years of language services industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with translation, interpretation, transcription, or localization projects.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language is required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Boostlingo, Smartcat, Trados Studio, QuickBooks, government contracting, healthcare or court interpreting, and ISO quality management systems is preferred.
