About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cross-Border Business & Operations Coordinator to support communication and coordination across U.S. customers, China-based suppliers, and internal operational teams. This role is ideal for someone with experience in cross-border e-commerce, sourcing, supply chain, or business operations who enjoys working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication and daily business activities between U.S. retail customers, China-based suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Support cross-border sourcing, product onboarding, order fulfillment, and ongoing project execution.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist with account management and day-to-day operations for major retail and e-commerce channels, including Amazon Vendor Central (VC), Walmart Marketplace, and other online platforms.
  • Track project timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Assist with product launches, market research, data analysis, and business reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain business documents, product information, and internal operational records.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and other projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce, international trade, sourcing, supply chain, business operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central (VC), Walmart Marketplace, or other major e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with suppliers, purchasing, logistics, or product coordination is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
