Job description

We are seeking a Bilingual Order Entry Specialist for a national title insurance company based in Orlando FL.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our data integrity, engaging in precise data entry and system maintenance to ensure our database remains accurate and timely. You will be responsible for translating raw data into valuable information that supports business performance assessments and critical decision-making processes.
Core Responsibilities
  • Review document details to ensure all required data for processing orders is complete and accurate.
  • Process high volumes of data with speed and precision to meet departmental deadlines.
  • Establish and follow data naming standards and consistent definitions to improve overall data quality.
  • Perform a wide range of support functions, including sorting and routing mail, packages, and messages to the appropriate parties.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems and complete daily tasks under direct supervision.
  • Utilize professional communication skills to interact effectively with internal team members and external clients.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Real Estate or Commercial Real Estate is highly preferred.
  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator or Office Administrator in a real estate environment is a significant plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys contributing to a team's success.
