Bilingual Admissions Staff (Spanish/English) - The Dead End Hayride & The Great Pumpkin Trail
Location: Wyoming, MN
Position Overview:
As a bilingual admissions team member, you are the first point of contact for thousands of guests each night. Your role is to keep lines moving, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish. This is a high-volume environment where speed, accuracy, and attitude matter.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
Must be 18 years or older
Comfortable standing for up to 4 hours
Reliable transportation to/from Wyoming, MN
Available for evening and weekend shifts, including late nights
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with guests
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Additional Expectations:
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to stay organized and focused during peak crowds
Capable of handling guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Basic comfort with learning technology (ticket scanning, POS systems, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in both English and Spanish
Scan tickets and manage entry lines efficiently
Answer guest questions about tickets, wait times, and attractions
Troubleshoot ticketing issues quickly and professionally
Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep operations smooth
Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled admissions area
Schedule:
Seasonal job runs from late September through early November
Weekly hours range from 10 to 40, depending on availability and performance needs
Shifts typically start between 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM, starting and ending times vary
