Mandarin/Chinese Fluent Inventory Specialist

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Houston, TX 77064 (Near Jersey Village)

Job Summary

KS Staffing Group is currently seeking a Mandarin/Chinese Fluent Inventory Specialist for a growing distribution and logistics company located near Jersey Village. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with inventory control experience who can communicate effectively in both Mandarin/Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
  • Process inventory transactions in the warehouse management system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams.
  • Communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Assist with audits and other inventory-related projects.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and English (required).
  • Previous inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
