โ€ข Working Location: Plano, TX
โ€ข Working Style: Onsite
โ€ข Employment Type: 1 year Contract / W-2
โ€ข Salary: $45K-48K/year (DOE)
โ€ข Benefit: 401K Match and Insurance
โ€ข Visa Support: No
โ€ข Working Hours: 9AM-6PM
โ€ข Language: English and Korean (bilingual)
โ€ข Position Summary
Review, verify, and process business travel expenses and reimbursement claims.
Ensure all travel expense reports comply with company policies and guidelines.
โ€ข Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Input, update, and maintain accurate data within the 'Smart Together' internal system.
โ€ข Manage and monitor data workflows in the 'Smart Flow' platform to ensure operational efficiency.
โ€ข Audit system data regularly to maintain high data integrity.
โ€ข Create and track work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
โ€ข Organize, archive, and manage company documents and operational records.
โ€ข Conduct training sessions for external partners on how to utilize the Vendor Portal.
โ€ข Serve as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding system usage.
โ€ข Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
โ€ข The Right Candidate Will Possess
A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills who can collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
โ€ข Required Qualifications & Skills
โ€ข Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
โ€ข 1+ years of administrative experience or experience in accounting and/or purchasing department is preferable
โ€ข Strong time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
โ€ข Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
โ€ข Must Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable adapting to new internal software/systems.
โ€ข Attributes: High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
โ€ข Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
โ€ข Excellent attention to detail & Bilingual, English/Korean
