Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for both inbound and outbound sales efforts, helping customers with auto glass replacement, windshield repair, ADAS calibration services, and related products.
The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, comfortable making outbound calls, and driven by earning commission through strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
  •  Answer incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries. 
  •  Assist customers with scheduling auto glass services. 
  •  Provide pricing, product information, and service recommendations. 
  •  Resolve customer concerns professionally and professionally. 
  •  Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction. 
Sales
  •  Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments and sales. 
  •  Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective, current, and former customers. 
  •  Follow up on estimates and unsold opportunities. 
  •  Promote windshield replacement, chip repair, ADAS calibrations, wiper blades, and related services. 
  •  Build and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources. 
  •  Meet or exceed sales and performance goals. 
Administrative Duties
  •  Accurately enter customer information and orders into company software. 
  •  Verify vehicle and insurance information when applicable. 
  •  Coordinate schedules with technicians and dispatch. 
  •  Process payments and maintain accurate records. 
  •  Follow company procedures and documentation requirements. 
Qualifications
  •  Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). 
  •  Strong communication and customer service skills. 
  •  Sales experience preferred but not required. 
  •  Comfortable making outbound sales calls. 
  •  Basic computer proficiency. 
  •  Positive attitude, self-motivated, and dependable.

Compensation
