Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***
We are searching for a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 268-unit apartment community in the East Riverside Districtarea! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in on-site property management.
  • One year of Assistant Community Manager experience is required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work one Saturday per month.

Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (summer schedule) 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (winter schedule); Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver's License.
