Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, review, and close production work orders.
  • Monitor production and inventory transactions for accuracy.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
  • Track yields, waste, rework, and raw material usage.
  • Maintain product traceability and inventory accuracy.
  • Support inventory counts, reconciliations, and production reporting.
  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly production close processes.

Requirements:
  • Administrative experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, basic analysis).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in both office and plant environments.
