Job description

Precision Injury Care is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our team. We are a multi-disciplinary pain management clinic. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. If you enjoy providing excellent patient care, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about helping others, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Triage patients by obtaining vital signs, documenting medical history, and preparing them for their visit with the provider
  • Assist providers during patient examinations 
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in/check-out as needed
  • Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking patients
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally
  • Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned
  • Complete any documentation, scanning and referrals before end of day
  • Responsible for obtaining accurate inventory and submitting to appropriate manager
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Medical Assistant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office
