LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a growing company in Whitestown, IN.
We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused professional who enjoys supporting office operations and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Review payroll hours using ADP
  • Process accounts payable invoices
  • Perform data entry and maintain records
  • Provide general administrative support
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Administrative, office support, receptionist, or customer service experience
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • ADP experience a plus
  • Professional, organized, and dependable
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
