Job description

We are hiring for a Bi-lingual Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a temp-to-hire position.

Duties include:

  • Answering phones
  • Creating proposals
  • Sending out emails
  • General clerical duties
  • General invoices in QuickBooks
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish mandated
  • Assist with clients and answer questions regarding services
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and QuickBooks is required

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)

Pay: $ 20-22/hour
