We are an 8 year old and growing Benefit Corporation (B-Corp) in the green cleaning space. We have been recognized in NY Magazine has the leading green cleaning company in 2009 and 2010. THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION: MAX 20 Hours per week 

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a self-starter with strong leadership skills. Your opportunity will start by providing office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects going on. You will serve as the back up to the operations team. 

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems and forms control.

Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports and identifying solutions - this could be in operations or HR related. 

Handle phones and clients & employees questions.

Answering questions for employees on an ongoing basis. Taking on projects by management.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Must be detail oriented and be comfortable with working in many different softwares. 

Must be organized as there are a lot of details to track daily. 

Qualifications

Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office and Excel Skills, Managing Processes , Professionalism, Problem Solving, Strong Verbal Communication, Great Customer Service Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2 years+ experience
  • The ability to manage multiple staff and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure.
