Be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end engineering and product development process for the different bike teams, from concept to production. These roles requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for cycling. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with many cross-functional teams, including design, R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful development and launch of exceptional and groundbreaking bikes.
