Job description

This job is working for Big Tex Trailer World
Seasonal Position from August- November
SUMMARY
Maintain all aspects of the Office clerical duties including inventory, sales, financial, and operations records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Adhere to the core company policies and procedures
  • Assist customers visiting Dealership on an as needed basis
  • Sales order entry
  • Control overall maintenance of Take Stock data entry
  • Perform duties related to reconciliation of books on a daily basis
  • Assist in maintaining the general organization and professional appearance of the entire facility
  • Maintain daily bank deposits and follow reporting guidelines to the Corporate Accounts Receivable department while adhering to all policies and procedures referring to handling of cash and bank deposits.
  • Make bank deposits, trips to the tax/title office and other business errands for the dealership.
  • Responsible for daily balance of cash drawer
  • Answer phones
  • Inventory management assistance
  • Control transfer of information related to Purchase Orders with Corporate Office
  • Maintain overall continuity of paperwork for Sales and Service Department
  • General store tasks
  • Work week consists of Monday through Friday and Saturdays as required.
  • Other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Administrative assistant experience
  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work Monday - Saturday
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • 2-3 years relevant work experience preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
